Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, email team@threadbare-yn5.madethis.app with your order number and reason for the return.
• Return shipping is on you — unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we'll sort it out.

Exchanges

• We accept size exchanges within the 30-day window, subject to availability.
• Email team@threadbare-yn5.madethis.app to check stock before sending anything back. No point shipping something if your size isn't available.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
